10 min Face Yoga For Fresh Eyes

This face yoga exercise is really good to freshen up your eyes and even better for beginners, to check and feel your face. It’s also great for those who have slight “lazy eyes” or asymmetric muscles in the upper part of the face. The video below uses the exercises Cat Eyes and Brow Press which  focuses on strengthening the upper part of the face. It also stimulates the blood flow, which gives a better and more natural glow.

Cat Eyes is great for stimulating the muscles around the eye and particularly the muscles in the corner of the eye. When you stimulate and exercise these muscles they will in turn, start gaining volume to the corner of the eye and thereby reduce crows feet, fine lines and wrinkles.

Brow Press works by stretching the muscles in the forehead, which will help smoothen out the skin and at the same time strengthens the muscles around the eyes to give more volume and fresher looking eyes.

It’s quite tiring at first, so I suggest you find a place to lie down the first few times you try these exercises.

This is a good place to start and a nice way to check if there is differences in your muscles between one side or the other.
